1. Sending out a spoon to your assigned swap partner by end of October 2024, including telling your swap partner what your instagram handle is.

2. Posting on Instagram about the spoon you receive (from a different swap partner) along with the hashtag #RiseUpAndSwap2024, and tagging your swap partner (this is why we want you to include your handle).
